Winters Coming!!!!
Fully functioning diesel hot water system. Two man - one hot, one cold.
Webasto thermo 90S diesel heater - pretty much instant heat (50 degrees C plus) compared to the 5kW version.
Fully functioning bypass circuit (new pressure relief valve) to help conserve battery power (less start ups as the hot water circuit runs all the time). System has been de-scaled and a reconditioned heat exchanger fitted.
Original controllers have been replaced with V2 analogue Varistream controllers.
On board split relay.
On board cTek charger - mains voltage required.
Frame clamps (although rusty) present.
Lovely system and would future proof (tank size) most businesses.
Its the 1000ltr baffled tank which is in the same sized frame as Ionics systems of 400ltr and above (I believe). So you can pretty much fill it as much as you like up to 1000ltrs (if you have the payload!!)
The tank and frame alone weigh approx 200kg - so it will have a maximum weight (when full) of around 1250kg depending on where the fuel comes from and what size battery you want to fit.
I am happy to show the system working, I’ve left a bit of water in the tank to demonstrate how it works I’m also happy to suggest modifications if you are in to that kind of thing!!!
It will need at least 3 maybe 4 guys to pick this up, it will fit in the back of a vivaro but it is a very tight squeeze (hence why I’m not keeping it) if I had a LWB I’d keep it.
It measures 1450 long, 1230 wide by approx 1150 high.
It will need a battery and a fuel tank - I can point you in the direction of a decent plastic Jerry can and uplift tube (I prefer to use a separate tank so I can use red diesel as it’s cheaper)
Any questions please feel free to get in touch.
Im looking for £1000. It owes me nearly that just in the time I’ve spent re-wiring the absolute mess I inherited from the previous owner. I’ve also replaced lots of parts that were missing (fuel pump, water pump, pump diaphragm etc etc!)
