Is this too big a job for a budget machine?

An existing customer has asked me to quote to pressure wash their block paved driveway, it's quite big at 145sqm. I only have a very budget 12L/min pressure washer. Tap flow is good as is drainage, block paving is a bit mossy.
I'm guessing at about £4 a sqm including re-sanding?

Am I mad to contemplate quoting for this job?

Cheers.

mate its a grind block pave on anything < 200 bar / 21LPM - i have used a slightly smaller machine (15LPM 172bar) on a big one a while back and it was pretty slow going (had bad drainage aswell so that didnt help). With a bigger machine you can blast through them using a FSC, which makes life a lot less painful. Your quote price sounds reasonable i am also at 4-5 pm including resand, dunno how your machine runs a turbo nozzle but your gonna need it to run one well to get through this.

One option is look on FB market place as some people have hire for decent machines on day rate there at a reasonable price with fsc. To buy a machine equiptoclean have big machines for lower prices that aren't name brands worth a look and expect that your covered for warranty aswell. From a professional pov if you gonna buy a machine you want quality (honda /loncin / briggs) i would look on facebook pressure wash uk page ask and people will probs have a good second hand thats been serviced.

Why would you be mad? There's people working with electric karchers doing it. At least yours is petrol so you can work all day long unlike a Karcher guy.who will have to keep stopping to stop his machine burning out. Just do it you will be fine.
