Leaks again

WCF

Help Support WCF:

I've never opened one before but you will find that inside there is a lock hex nut which holds everything together. They seal with O Rings inside so either the hex nut needs tightening up or the O rings need replacing.
Ok cheers pal

Either of those will do the trick probably be best to get yellow one if you have a hot water system as that’s marketed towards central heating rather than potable water but if cold water system either will do the trick. Just slap it on the threads before you tighten the nuts shouldn’t need ptfe then but i’ve used both on the same joint in the past with no issues

They’re like a large version of the EZsnap that Gardiner’s sell. Have a look at this link mate...

Ye, they are both rectus connectors just a different size. I was thinking about swapping my 21’s to 26’s but decided to try the slick connects instead.

They are brilliant although I’ve not been using long enough to see if they stand the test of time. You still get snagged here and there but no were near as much. Also found that the rectus can pop off when being dragged across tarmac etc were these don’t as they are twist locked.

Yeah my EZ Snap things do that. They also clog up with **** sometimes in if they land in a flower bed or something.

I was recommending the Pro26 for the hose reel, thats where i've just fitted mine.
