I use a slx27 but if I got Xtreme I would go bigger than 25.

The collapsed length of a SLX 27 is actually shorted than an SLX 25! It is a bit heavier though.

Yes the SLX27 is 1.56m collapsed, the SLX 25 is 1.72m collapsed!!! But the SLX 27 is 1670gms vs SLX 25 is 1420gms. So an extra 250gms for 2 ft extra reach but the shorter length (16cm about 6")  of the SLX 27 is handy in confined spaces. Again the SLX 27 is 3mm diameter larger as it's an extra section.

That's pretty interesting to know, the size has been handy a few times between houses, I will do more research before my next pole ?

i use an xtreme 25 as my main pole and an xtreme 47 for anything higher..ive used this pole combo for years.....
