WCF

Help Support WCF:

I've got to say that I have dealt with wcw many times & have had no problem at all. My backpack leaked. I got sent another the next day & the old one taken away. Everything I've ordered has been delivered & I've been kept totally up to date on my 2 liquidators I've ordered. It did say pre order when I ordered. Phone call told me it a be dispatched this Friday for delivery Monday. So you have one satisfied customer here Stephen.
thats worth a freebie

Just ordered the 10incher from cleaning spot, got the moerman handle, and the moerman microfibre wash sleeve.

What is the waiting time for delivery with them TAP
I didnt see mate, but last time I ordered it was with me in about 3 days. I think they said they were getting some more of the 14s in on the 27th if that helps.

Ideally we would love to hire real world window cleaners to be on the phone, problem is they earn too much on the tools and don't like sitting at a desk all day!
A suggestion, if I felt that way about recruitment, why not do a deal with a local reputable Window Cleaner where when you take on new staff they have to go spend a week to 10 days learning what the industry is actually all about perhaps in exchange for a decent discount on his gear say?

That way all you customer service people have a real insight into the world of UK window cleaners.

And yes Stephen, you should be sending me one of each length of Moerman channels for free simply for this online management training seminar I have given you, after all I assume you are never in the office as you are out on some course or seminar to improve business, well thanks to me you need never leave the office now! /emoticons/smile.png

Been working for a week now with the Liquidator and l still stand by the fact that It is shaving time off each property.

lucky You .I have been waiting for my channel since last Wednesday and it looks like I might get it on Monday or maybe not....

cant see myself how it comes out of the tip from the vid ^ tho i see it scud on the turns in the vid, it never has for me.

i absolutely caned mine today [as i said,in a wagtail handle i know im banging on about wag/moerman bastarding ,no matter, let me say my peice] and the rubber glide was excellento . im using Aldi magnum soap, best glider soap.

my lads love this Moerman channel when fitted to wagtail handle. i will be buying a few different sizes of the moerman channel in next few days - now that i know it works well. iv no plans to modify the plastic tips in any way ,as they work perfectly well as they are

one tip i can give, take your time when marking up/fitting up the moerman channel to fit in Wagtail handle disc - you MUST get the angle of channel to sit exactly the same as the original . EXACTLY . or it wont work a jot

I had a pressure washing job today, and cleaned the windows afterwards. I used it on all the glass even the big panes, I've only got the 10 inch. It worked a treat. I'll be picking up the 14 soon.

Boar if i was you i would do the tips..it does make a difference and you can turn quicker then
