We've been asked to quote on a 5 story block of flats which are new build for a contract we've been offered, anyone got an idea of a price on a 4 weekly clean.

If you can price the job yourself is it worth taking it on.

A 4 weekly clean, in my experience, is very unusual as all of ours are 3 months or longer. Very much depends on area and competition as we do this work down south and get around £10 - £15 per flat. Further north we go the lower it drops and can be as low as £5 for some 4 storey work we do back home.

At this price we don’t do juliet balconies, apart from the glass above them. We don’t go through flats to do the balcony windows but do any external glass on balconies.

In our experience you should be doing, on average, 6 - 8 x 2 bed flats per hour.
