You will notice that when squeegeeing start on one side moving up with the squeegee at an angle to the edge. No need to detail glass only the bottom sill.
Take note of how the pole is turned with left hand.
    At end of video.
    What I am using is.
    DIY 20inch scrubber / squeegee
The scrubber sleeve pad holds more solution then other pads.
Also held on to sorbo squeegee channel with clips that will not come off.
Allowing you to scrub harder without worrying, that the scrubbing pad will come off.
Have a Gardiner Quick – LoQ angle adapter on the pole.
So to be able to adjust the angle you want to use the scrubber/ squeegee.
The pole extends so you can use it without having to over reach.
Around the first section there is a hand grip that is made of marine carpet.
This is great when using it on cold mornings.

Not really a new technique I've been doing that for years.

    That's great,
Hope this video enable other WCers to learn the technique as well.
But of cause everybody has there own style or way of doing larger windows with swivel squeegee/scrubber type on poles.

    Nice one H Man

I can't see very well in the vid if you are using just a straight pole or have an angle crank on it to be able to keep the squeege rubber in contact with the glass at the correct angle to work properly like that.

    Glad you asked that Smuf,
First using a straight pole with a Gardiner Quick - LoQ angle adaptor.
Which had been adjusted to the correct angle to be able to squeegee and scrub.
The scrubber/ squeegee that is use is the DIY 20inch squeegee that we always use.

    Cheers...

So do you think using your diy scrubber/squeege works better and lasts longer than say using a normal wagtail?

Most would take the squeege off the pole to do the bottom half of the window though.

Yes without a doubt , but you got to realize that the DIY squeegee / scrubber has been made to the way I use it.
And the scrubber pad is thick holds more cleaning solution.
And held on so not to come off when scrubbing hard.
Also the pole as you might see that it has material around it so to have a lighter and better grip.

This is a fixed curve so I believe it would only be good on certain window or squeegees.
This is why there is a quick- Loq on the pole .

This way you can adjust your squeegee to the correct angle you need.
