Guess they wasn't listening when explained :-/

Court sounds like a plan for that one

Glad this panned out for you and he actually had the guts to admit he was a tosser, however there is no excuse to speak to you the way he did, whether he's skeptical or not. Shocking.

I had a moody **** on the phone the other day who hadn't seen the WFP before as he's never home. He wasn't convinced when I spent 10min on the phone to him explaining it all, to the point I even got an email off the wife that night asking for it to be explained again.

I simply asked if she'd been happy with the windows the last 7 cleans to which she said yes, so I asked why it was important for them to have a soap based method over pure water, to which she couldn't answer.

Now if a plumber turned up to your house and used a tool you weren't familiar with to do a job, but the job was completed satisfactory would you complain he should've done it another way? No. So why is this any different? You're paying me to do a job you're happy with, so whether I do that WFP, trad, vinegar and newspaper or spit and shine it's been done.

Anyway, after four or five emails back and forth she finally had a light bulb moment "Oh wow, so it's environmentally friendly too!"

Sure is, Love. Now you're getting a price increase in April. Merry Christmas.
