I noticed that as well. I think some of it is todo with quality of pipe work as well. My neighbour gets 50ppm less!!!!!!!!!!

 
Yeah its high alright. I mainly use harvested rainwater though. I run my downpipe directly into an ibc tank at the back of my house and then run the water through my van R.O

 
It works a treat Damo. Means a quick turnaround when filling van tank & you can push the environmental aspects of it to your customers.

 
Youll be using way too much resin, two DI`s or not! You will save yourself a small fortune with an R.O !

 
sorry if i sound thick here, but what does this mean parts per million? what does it relate to? sorry if its a thick question lol

 
Its the purity of tap water mate, the ppm is the particles in the water and what you're aiming for with the purifying process is 000 particles.
