Just wondering if anyone can shed any light as to why my hose has started twisting so much. Would the fact I turned the reel upside down be a factor?
It used to not be an issue at all, now it's a started twisting which makes it a complete pain winding it in

Thanks

My hose gets twisted as I always turn to the right. I have to either keep remembering to turn to the left or every now and again unclip my pole (hoseless system) and undo the twists.
Yours does look very twisted though.

It will also be the way you roll it up to pack it away.

I have the same problem as @ched999uk

My son is left-handed. He coils his pole hose opposite to the way I do when putting his pole away, and never has an issue. I'm positive it's because of the way he coils his hose, cancels what he does cleaning.

There are a number of YouTube videos which explain how to coil up a hose or electric cable when storing it. It definitely works.

You may have to 'unwind' it and then put some hot water though it to change it's 'structure' by letting it cool.

Thanks both, I think I'm going to have to start winding it in the opposite direction, back to what I was doing previously as it's becoming unmanageable. Good idea with the warm water, hopefully resets it and back to what it was previously!
