Pricing for flats

Hi guys, what would you quote for this block of flats it has 14 flats the windows are similar at the back and the other pic is the side of the building. That want them cleaned every other month. ?

I'd say £140 for 1st clean then £100 every other month

They've got vents so if last cleaner didn't do them the first clean will be a pita. Looks like you'll be getting wet round the back. Would take me 90 minutes max, probably closer to an hour, to do after first wash.
