Pricing up commercial window cleaning.

Got my first office inquire.. just looking for some info for pricing up. Outside and inside  on the inside there is 10 offices all are glass panels also 50 small windows inside. The Inside work is on one floor.  They want a price for every month outside. Every 2months in and out. Also what's the best for Internal window cleaning. I only do wfp. These are pictures of just the front all around the building is the same.

£300 - 350 external plus your mileage.

£150 internal or £1.50 per pane more for bigger panes. Plus extra if they need cleaning outside of office hours and likely time to sign in, complete permit to work etc.

Use a short extension pole mop and swivel squeegee inside plus a zero degree swivel squeegee to reach over desks where you can't get an angle to reach. For the higher windows on corner you may need 3X2 metre pole.

Allow a bit for submitting a method statement, risk assessment, preparing invoice, waiting 60 days to get paid and possibly increasing your public liability insurance limit. (expect £2 - 5 million)
