With leasehold flats surely the extortionate service charges cover buiding insurance. Im moving into one in a few months, and the 28 pages of jargon with all the lease details is impossible to understand, all ' Hereto for, withstanding the said improvision of untoward manifest etc etc ' Why they cant translate into modern english I'll never know.
