I used to be a mechanic and worked on all makes.Caddy is really good mechanically and if high mileage still runs great.Peugot if you dont change oil with proper type will give you lots of headaches.Peugot maybe has better room but all in all I would recommend the caddy.Peugot ok if low mileage and you look after it.If higher mileage van I would go for caddy.

I’m pretty sure if you look you’ll have a Volkswagen specialist near you? I take mine to the one near me for a service and he know exactly what he’s doing and doesn’t charge the earth. I don’t worry too much about full dealer history when it comes to something that’s going to probably rust from the inside out.

It would be nice and I've looked down that route but I'm having a very hard time getting credit, been told by both my banks I can't get a loan or credit card, and been told I'm not able to get finance on a vehicle. I haven't tried everywhere obviously but I've been turned down often enough so I've given up trying to get credit for now.
I just got a 64reg Transit Custom 290. Put the VAT down as a deposit then £212 per mth. This was from Vanmonster, you can do a credit check on there website to see if you will get accept. That’s what I did. It’s great driving a nearly new van.

It’s got to be worth a try. If not go with the Pug.
