Ok So yesterday I tried turning my pump on with my Pure Freedom 'Flow Master' and the little green light came on, and it made the noise it usually makes and just as it sounded like the pump was about to start, the little green light went off and it died. I'v went home and charged the battery overnight, and it seems to be fully charged but it keeps happening.

Has anyone dealt with this problem before?

I'm using this Pump: http://www.purefreedom.co.uk/12v-100psi-52lpm-shurflo-diaphragm-pump-p-258.html

Something similar to this: http://www.purefreedom.co.uk/purefreedom-analogue-controller-p-664.html (mine only has the 1-10 dial)

And what appears to be a large camper van battery.

connect the pump direct to the battery, that way you will know if the pump is good.

did you check the voltage of the battery, it should be around 13v straight after charging.

Neighbour loaned me a car battery, tried that and it works. But I need to replace the old battery, I was using a Dynamic Leisure 110. Any recommendations for a good replacement? Preferably something that doesn't have to be charged every night /emoticons/wink.png

i bought the cheapest 85ah leisure battery off ebay £58 and have had it 2 years now.

Go for a 110ah or more leisure battery mate. That's what I have' date=' only need to charge it once every 7 days. It's great. [/quote']Don't you have a split charger on it?
