Pump switching off and on

Hi,

When working this morning, the pump was switching off for a few seconds, then back on again for 20 seconds then off for 3-4 and so on.

The pump was also dead ending this morning, I had to disconnect from the hose reel for a few seconds to get it going again.

Why do you think this is happening lads?

Air lock? Try disconnecting from pole hose and turning flow up to 99 for a couple of minutes.

It's because of the cold mornings. I bet it didn't do it this afternoon? You need to slightly higher the cut off pressure value of your pump/controller.
