Hi,

I’ve had the controller for a few years and was working perfectly, even this morning. Then suddenly this afternoon the water pressure dropped down to 0 on it without me touching it and it won’t turn off. If I hold the pressure up I can get it to 1 and hear the pump still working but when I take my finger off then it will drop back to 0 again.

Any help would be appreciated please?

Double check all connections and battery voltage. I'm guessing it's maybe a button stuck or damp has got in and caused some damage. If it's a Spring controller they can repair them - email or call them. @Ian Sheppard is the man.

I suspect that this is an older V11 controller with 3 buttons. If it is then it's likely the controller has seen a short to the processor which affects the down button.

It is likely not economic to repair and my suggestion is to replace with a new V16.

Cheers

Yes it is the 3 button one I had it fitted about 5 years ago. Ok thank you, I will look into buying the v16 and replacing it then.
