Yeah I have a pure freedom van system. It says to get the reel serviced every year. Do you have to do that or is it just 'advised'?

When I purchased mine 3/4/19 nobody mentioned that the reel had to be serviced

They didn't mention it to me either, but mine has a sticker on which says to get it serviced every year ?
