Hi all, I have a customer who has a s mm all window down side of house which has cement on it. Can be accessed by ladder. Does any have recommendations for a product that could be applied to brush, apply, leave and remove. Just wanted any inside tips before buying. Thanks 👍

Sorry. Can't be accessed by ladder

Get a scrapper blade and just be careful, I'd be telling the customer, although you will obviously be careful, your taking no liability if the glass gets scratched in trying to remove it.

Thanks. Would normally do that but because of the tight angle would not be able to go up a ladder or if connected to pole would not be able to control it. Will probably get some product do a strong mix soak it and use scrubber pad connected on back of brush. Is not a huge amount so fingers crossed will do the job.

Thanks for the reply 👍

You don’t want to be scrubbing cement on glass that’s a recipe for disaster , try a scraper on a pole and scrape in one direction only one pas with the scraper bottom to top then take it off the glass and repeat until it’s hopefully removed .

@John1980 you can get a product called Cement Off from window clean centre. I haven't used it myself but it is made by Titan Laboratories (an American company) who also make Glass Gleam which is very good. There's a couple of videos on YouTube so might be worth checking out as an idea.

Sorry to ask but why is this your job? Imho the risk of scratching the glass and you being blamed for it is too great.
You need to quote for scaffolding to be erected do you can have a clear line of vision.
That will probably get the customer to think of another solution.
