RO problems

Bloody hell I hope Idont get all this problem's when I get the 4040.

I didn't expect all these problems to be fair. I thought I'd invest in this system so I can just use it along with my rainwater harvesting.

What I don't understand is why they never mention on these sites that you have to at least flush your system every couple days? I thought I could just use it when needed, I mean obviously wouldn't leave it to dry out, but to do maintanance on it every couple day? That is why I envy people on twin DIs, now that is pure on demand.

I reckon my carbon filter is blocked, which is weird considering it is rated ~170.000 litres. I will have to test the system without it.

All this testing, measuring, sweet spot etc. when I only need it for maybe 1000 l/week
