Should i nadd an ankalad stabiliser to this ladder?

Got this ladder- it is ok to carry, not super light, is it worth getting an ankalad stabiliser for it? And which one? Would it be too heavy with it on? I do mostly pole work so just use it occasionally for windows, gardening etc

Also, someone said the rubber feet are dangerous, should I cut them off?

Midland ladder do the ladder brace I have. I'm happy with it in general. Would definitely fit a brace to any ladder of this type. If you don't need it not to bounce, could try the small spur type which might save a touch of weight
