Should I switch to WFP? HELP!

WCF

Help Support WCF:

Thanks Green! Funnily enough I just watched your video today and found it really helpful and it was one of a few that is really making me want to switch now! At this point I feel like with Trad, I'm doing way more work than I need to be. Thanks again.
The reason you feel like that is straight forward.... cause you are doing way more work than you need to be  ?

I would split the round and go seperate ways.  Never a fannof partnerships.

In six months or so you'll be earning more than you are now without the worry of what a partners doing.

Where are you based? Maybe someone on her could meet up with the 2 of you and go through wfp, if your near me in Swansea I will speak to my father in law, as he was the same as your partner.

I would tell him either switch or we go our separate ways.

That's the problem with a partnership.

Just like a relationship with your wife if your not on the same page you go your seperate ways.

Or put up with it in silence for years until one of you breaks.

I was trad for 8 years then switched to wfp and have been doing it 8 years now. It's certainly true about having to educate customers.

I composed a letter explaining all the reasons why I was switching methods and asking them to be patient but also that I was convinced wfp would be a better solution  for them and for me, handed one out to all customers a month in advance, and only lost one or two out of hundreds of customers.

By the way, great video @Green Pro Clean Ltd, would you mind if I used it on my website? Very concise but effective explanation!

Today has proved this argument

After being trad for 24+ years i am a very quick tradder

Been wfp for 2.5 years now

Did a job earlier that i sub off a mate whilst talking to @Damo on the phone

In the same time i did that job ( 3 bed terrace that i have to go over the garage to the back) he did (all in 1 place so no van moving) 2 houses the same size and started the fronts of the next 2

Wfp is definitely the way forward and i couldn't earn what i do daily if i was trad

My business partner was the same I bought a trailer with a tank in got pole hose reel ex showed him and he changed his mind straight away try getting a trolley show him see if he changes his mind on it

Just get a backpack, sack truck, hybrid pole, do vessel and a couple barrels - cost £450. Your gonna need it either way, then see if he will budge after a demo

Hi everyone. I'm looking for some advice. I've been a traditional cleaner for coming up to 4 years now. My and my business partner have built up quite a substantial round. However, I've got to the point now where I'm sick to death of going up and down ladders. Here's the thing, my business partner is dead against going water fed. Dead against! I've tried to convince him but nope.

So I'm thinking of just splitting the round in half and going our seperate ways with me investing in a WFP system and going on my own. Have any of you been in my position or just switched from Traditional to WFP? Any regrets about it?

Thanks for any advice given or just thoughts about it.
Ive just started buying wfp stuff going to offer both but mostly trad just want to make it easyir for when i get older
