Slick connect on ultraflex?

just wondering if anyone uses slick connect on gardiners ultraflex hose. Im about to order, but wonder if the slick connect fits this ok. Maybe no one on here with that combination but seems like a good combo.

As long as it’s 5/6mm id then it should be fine. I’ve been using the green pu hose for years and it works fine with the slicks. I also find with the elasticity of the green pu you don’t have to use any o rings.
