SmartRound - Back Office Platform For Window Cleaners

Hi Everyone

Does anyone use the SmartRound back office platform or similar...https://www.smartround.co.uk/

Also I've seen that Go Cardless are working with the Cleaner Planner back office platform to allow Direct Debits to be set up; the fee is taken out only when the windows are cleaned...https://gocardless.com/guides/posts/guide-for-window-cleaners/

Please share your experience of how to collect monies owed from customers. Thank you for taking the time to get back to me.

Never heard of smart-round, I have used Cleaner Planner for over 3 years with GoCardless integration and can't fault CP or GC

Hi CM, thanks for your reply, can you integrate the Go Cardless Direct Debit payment setup with SmartRound? Also it says on their website that the cost is £6.00 per month; is that what you're paying?

Yes £6 a month is all I pay I do believe you can integrate GoCardless with smartround however not done so myself yet as I'm only just getting setup with GoCardless

Hi CM, it seems very reasonable for £6pm. I'm only getting started myself and I'm still part time. I'll try it for the 30 days and see how it works for me. Do you use a Gutter Vac for cleaning gutters? I've seen this Numatic on Gumtree and I'm wondering if it's powerful enough for the job?
