Soft washing with P,Washer ???

Lightly Scrub dirty render with stiff bristled gardiners brush, all depends on how dirty for mix between 1-3% , for roofs there is no scrubbing and I would only go to 3% some go balls out so they only have to do one coat. 30 mins between coats and rinse, some folk will say different.
