    Had a phone call this morning asking can I clean solar panels with the wfp I've never done any before is it strat forward to do them or is there any does or don't s i'm a bit nerves to say yes as I no water and electricity don't go well together or are they easy enough to do

    I do 2 or 3 a week for customers, I do ask them to shut it off at the isolator switch but that's just being cautious.

    Never had a problem, there is no recorded incident anywhere of fatality or serious injury from cleaning solar panels.

  5. Don't worry about isolator, panels will be live if there's daylight.

    Clean them in the same way you would clean velux windows.

    I know nothing of tarrifs - I charge £3-£6 per panel dependant on access.

    Spin them round and do them from the insides? :))
