Tank

WCF

Help Support WCF:

For safety, if a diy installation, flat, no question, lower centre of gravity. But it takes up more space like that, so 'professional' setups tend to be upright. You can do a diy upright system, but you need to be very careful how you secure it.

Thanks i am going to set it up myself to start with ( money )

DIY is great imo just fix it down well and ull be fine

what van u got or getting ?

Yeah, if money is short, diy is really your only option. Just make sure if you already have a van, get an appropriate sized tank for the payload, or if you dont have a van, decide what size tank you want, then choose a suitable van. I have a diy 500l system in the back of my transit connect (900kg payload).

combo

get a upright as if you run low the air blocks will get really annoying
I've had my system 2 years, never had an airblock?.

Combo is fine, but which model is it?. A 2000 (thats gvw, not engine size) will be fine for a 350-400l tank, but the 1700 would prob only take a 250l tank.

Flat mate for sure with a diy set up alot safer without a metal frame, listen to bbd he knows his s@*t.
