The right van insurance

Hope you guys can help me on this one.... Rang A-Plan today to get a quote, but the fella on the other end seemed to suggest no WFP van courtesy vehicle could be supplied and in fact no Van could be supplied, just an "a-class" hire vehicle, and if I took their extra offer then a normal Van, but no WFP system. Have I gone through to the wrong department? Does anyone have the direct-dial number for the correct team?
I will double check with them tomorrow, but thought someone on here might know?

Try the Carterton branch 01993 841841. I have mine insured via this branch as a wfp van with a wfp courtesy van should I need it.
