texting all customers before saying im cleaning windows tomorrow ,never have probs with customers at all ,except for this one ,cleaned her house for a while abit of a pain in the *SS she is . she text back saying don't clean this time cos shes already cleaned them over weekend .they were due Friday but pushed them back (kids last few days off school, lovely weather)
she absolutely boggles the mind this one .when I first started her house 2 years back there were some black spots on her sill ,tried what I could but didn't get it off ,no worries she says .year later ..my sill is still dirty ..,explain that was the black I couldn't get off ...3 months later there black bits on my sill ,explained that's the bit I didn't get off .last month did her house with wfp backpack ..my sills dirty .today don't bother coming .. never ever do I get a complaint or anything off of other custy but this one proper winds me up sometimes .iv put a polite no worries ill do them next time message to her ,but anymore c*ap shes out the door so to speak.i do her next doors ,exact same house ,in fact hes more lead on his windows and hes more then happy with the clean.
