Thoughts on ecover

Have you tried it with vinegar on the MDs Duncs? I only ask because I find this strengthens the cleaning element a little, but I've never cleaned in a chipshop or similar so not sure what effect it will have in there.

never tried vinegar, love it on chips nowt better

that could be gd idea the squeegee off is gd but it is bad on your hand thanks will give it a go

I use Ecover with pure water and not had a problem.

For a bit of extra cleaning power, I add a some Flash Lemon APC to the mix....it's also good to use on it's own as it's non-smearing....wipe on and buff-off for greasy handprints etc.

I bought 2 boxes of Flash when Asda were doing 'buy 1 get 1 free' (I love a bargain /emoticons/wink.png).

I think 'Makros' are doing 5ltr bottle for around £8.00......... here's the stuff I'm on about......

Hate it lol "personal Opinion best thing for anything is to try it I prefer Morning Fresh 50p at BandH Bargain /emoticons/smile.png. I now add flash to my mixture I love it /emoticons/smile.png

That looks like an APC (All Purpose Cleaner).

Ecover Washing-Up Liquid is what you're looking for......like this...

Plenty of slip.

...I couldnt ask for more from it considering its not even designed for window cleaning.

Twice as good.....maybe not, but it makes the job easier and better, so definitely worth the extra few pence.

Excellent stuff. Bit of all purpose cleaner in it & it's great. Mind you I also like morning fresh. A lot of customers ask me what I use as its so shiny. I just tell them I'm just good lol

i was using the ecover/flash combo at MD no joy had to use the etorre squeegee off

So 50/50 how much of each.Into say one litre of water there about?

I half fill an Ettore Super Bucket, so 3 gallons or about 10 litres. I have my 50/50 mix in a separate bottle already premixed. I find 25ml of the mix to 10litres works best for me. Any more and it tends to be too sudsy...
