Depends how high you're working, remember it says gusts and they could be one every 30 minutes. We work at 3 and 4 floors and would be hesitant at those heights with that wind, but wouldn't hesitate if only doing ground and first.

Simple way to prevent a sudden gust getting hold of the pole, work into the wind so if the wind is coming from the left stand to the right of the window and clean pushing into the wind. Very easy as long as you work with a swivel
