    Couple of days work, Dr said it should be ok within a week or two but dont want to risk working and making it worse and having a longer lay off.

    Just a shame seen as the weather is great

    Yeah, I feel your pain, had a lot of times this summer when great weather but something stopping me.
    Get the wife to buy you a 6 pack and sit out in the garden tomorrow, meant to be 14degree's.
    Hope you're better asap though pal.

    Shame, always the way though.

    I have been putting of going to the doc as my elbows are playing up. Years back k I had an op which they found and removed small peaces of loose bone or cartilage. I think this might be the same thing really don't want to have a long period off.

    Its a tendon in your shoulder that lets you move your arm about, cant move my arm at all at the mo

    Speedy recovery. Diddlnt miss the weather yesterday. Fell down all day.
