The only ones I've seen that distribute the hose automatically when reeling g kan are massive machined mechanical attachments, they are called something special, but can't recall what.
If you just need a simple guide, a beefy carabine hook does the trick, or get a pal to weld a metal ring to your reel. There are also rollers, which are neat.
