    100% mate the roof is rippled. Also a fault claim which is gutting as nowt he could do.

    Probably just because of the roof.Will his insurance pay out? , This was... ''an act of god'' He could claim of the council Im sure it was unsafe to have a tree growing over a road anyway

    They will pay out usually, "act of god" hasn't been allowed for years on private car policies so doubt they can use it on a commercial policy.

    The council ahaha don't even bother. Unless you can prove the council knew it was growing over the road, then your jut wasting time.

    I'm trying to claim for motorbike damage from a pothole ATM, takes them 90 days before they have to respond.

    Use the freedom of information act to find out when there was an inspection last done of that road where the pot hole was, you can then use the freedome of information act to find out how often that road has to be inspected. If that time scale doesnt fit they have to pay out. Read that from the paper

    Already have an waiting for it to come bk, put the claim in anyway to stop them adding to their 90days lol
