Your strainers are upside down. Debris will be going straight through to the pump.

Disconnect the strainer put it back to how it was then try strainer may be blocked

Tap the bottom of the pump upwards with a spanner, there is small screw that can work it’s way loose

is the pump working if u turn the good pump off ...

I found out what was wrong...
For some reason the spring between the pressure switch and the diaphragm was all squashed together and got stuck on.
I've sorted it and loosened off the hex nut I little bit and it seems to have done the trick
