I am a traditional window cleaner that has a different approach . at present I buy purified water from a source and mix it with a  detergent,  I also use a bottle on a belt method.

this way the water stays clean. or you need to do is wash the applicator and shake of the dirt. and carry on. my customers ( domestic and commercial ) like the results.

I would like to set up my own pure water system and then store in containers when needed . how do I go about this ?

thanks for your reply.

I don't know what to put in the search bar for a pure water system as I am new to this.

I am a traditional window cleaner that prefers to use pure water  and looking for a simple version

so I can store it in containers and use it when needed.

With respect it's not cost effective and pretty much a waste of time

Pure water is pure IE 000ppm

You then contaminate the water with a detergent making it non pure.

It's like having a tesla with a generator in the boot

thanks for your reply.

You've mentioned pure water, try that

I get what you're saying Austin but I always use pure if I need to trad anything and find it does clean better than tap water and doesn't bubble up as much with the soap either.

It feels different.

Especially using a bottle rather than a bucket it stays clean.

Probably the easiest way for you is to buy di resin only, probably no need for an ro as you probably don’t use a lot of water

how much water do you use? (20L per day?)

thanks spuce and best for your responce.

i use 36-48 L  a week  6-8L  a day

what di resin  and what unit would i need to put it in . as at present i buy my water from another source and would prefer to make my own

As per @best. You don't use enough water to run an r/o system.

Personally I use Tulsion mb115  resin purchased from Daqua.co.uk.
