Van &:Equipment for sale as a whole lot.

Good afternoon.

Not the greatest of decisions I may have to make very soon but I may have to sell up due to health reasons.

So I'm looking for between £7-8000.

2005 Vauxhall vivaro cdti 1.9 with 145000miles with a Pure freedom 650ltr RO system and water booster pump and softener kit. Only 2 years old. Recently had a new membrane, carbon and sediment filters. It has auto flush system and cuts off when full and has one pump, fill/drain and pump ports out the back.
It has a bluetooth diesel heater fitted in the side door footwell with turret installed.
Van has many cc receipts and some itemised. Log book etc. clean MOT on the last pass until November 2024.
Sony, usb, cd, Bluetooth head unit.
Parrot Bluetooth
2 keys. One Bluetooth fob for the heater that also connects to an app on the phone.
3 bar, sturdy roof rack.

I have a GVS Predator with camera and aluminium poles and fittings and a bag with 10m reinforced hose with bag. 25m new power reel to power it.

I have a triple 14 run ladder hardly used

A frame ladder

Standard telescopic ladder

Lockable ladder clamps

Chains and locks with keys for the ladders.

3 leisure batteries, one for heater, 2 to swap out from the system if required.

CTek msx10 battery charger.

I have a Gardiner slx-35 with 8th extension making it 40, with a few used but good spare brushes, swivel and adjustable gooseneck and various fan jets. Univalve fitted.

100m hose on a steel frame reel.

Squeegees, bucket, scrapers, extension pole, water bucket.

Lots of spare bits, brass fittings, brushes, bumpers, nuts, bolts, squeegee rubbers, wiring, TDs meters, in-line and standard. Scraper blades. Fuses, Hose fittings.
Bags of softener hydrosoft salt.
Spare standard hose.
Resin funnel.

Van has had so much money put into it.
It's been tuned for more torque and to generally run better.
It's had bush arms, joints etc done when needed, power steering pump, clutch in the past year, welded rain trays (known to rust out on vivaros but had them specially made) 4 new tyres recently, serviced once a year, new exhaust system, boost pressure sensor, maf flow, egr delete plate. Protectacoated back, new breaks recently all round discs etc. it's a very well kept van.
Issues.. heating selector cable for cab doesn't work but heater does very well, chip in the windscreen but out of eye line on passenger side, in the cold she has the vivaro 1st gear trouble which means I move stick to 2nd or 3rd and back to 1st with clutch down so it selects. Vivaros are known for this when its cold, when iy heats up, no issues.

Driver seat rip, forgot to mention as I have seat covers and remembered but it's been duct taped.

This is a genuine enquiry as I may have to chuck in the towel even though I really wish I didn't have to.

So putting the feelers out there incase I have to.

This would be a great setup for someone to just get on and go.

Van is sign written but I can pay to get it removed should this need to happen.

Asking £6600

Not selling the round as I've been off a while with back issues which is why I'm having to sell. I had 300 customers but 190 left on my books which I'm happy to pass on with the sale as a bonus. I can't guarantee the rounds only pass on the details to the buyer of names, and addresses.
On my Facebook page I have asked many but not all of the customers if they are ok with this and many are saying yes please.

If you are looking at this to buy the round then I can't guarantee it only names, addresses and contact details that are on my squeegee app. I'm selling the equipment first with a bonus that will start you off. If you clean well and do a good job, word spreads fast in my area so a lot of potential with lovely customers. When I had 300 customers my rounds were worth £37000. Now it's 28 potentially.

Van main logo and my personal credentials have removed tomorrow to a tune of £120 but main decals have been left on for buyer to put their own one on, reducing the cost of the full van being done.

Lots of garage receipts totalling more way than the vans cost showing it's been well looked after. Some itemised, some cc from the garage.

Log book, last 4 MOT's available with last one sailing through clean.

Van system can be transferred into another van if you are mechanically minded as there are 19 x 2 ton bolts through the system into the chassis.

I am wanting to sell this as a job lot, buyer can sell separates if they wish but that's why the price is so low to get it gone.

A cracking deal and a cracking van with decent equipment all for someone to get on and go or as an extra van to cope with your rounds.
