Water genie trolley problems

Hi everyone

I’ve got a water genie trolley which has suddenly stopped turning on even though the battery is fully charged. If anyone has any idea why this is happening please let me know and how I could maybe fix it

Hi i have been using the same trolley for 3 months with no problems. If i were you i would contact the Cleaning warehouse.. The customer service is great they will help you best they can.

Ideally get a multimeter and check the voltage at the battery, at input of switch, output of the switch, and at the pump. That should help you narrow down the fault.

Has it got a fuse? Check it's not knackered..

Check all the wiring connects & fuse, I find mine is all a bit exposed underneath nice strong trolley though I never knew the handle slid right the way out until yesterday
