Ny van controller is 1-9 and i prefer running 5 . Acctually just like you have run at slower (4) but realized it was too long rinsing it all down . 5 is my "new black "

My pump runs 0-100 so for most cleaning I have it set to around 30 - this is the sweet spot for me for a good rinse without splashing and getting home again without running out of water. I'm going through about 275L a day from my 350L tank on average.
