Why would you use 11% on a patio?
That’s still a bit strong for plastics , liable to turn them brown /yellow and cause clean streaks down the walls as well .I planned to dilute it, perhaps 50/50 ratio
2l hypo for every 10l water will be 2% if using 11% stock hypoI see, what strength would you suggest for windows/walls/plastics?
(or is it even a good idea, could use some kind of detergent instead (like this one)
As @Dave B has said if doing walls then 4-1I see, what strength would you suggest for windows/walls/plastics?

That job looks like an average clean and absolutely no need to use any chemicals at all, wfp will do the job just fine and avoid any issues with runoff onto the render, no point make more of a job for yourself than needed.
To be fair it needs scrubbing with a brush not just spraying that’s the key to removing the things you have mentionedThanks for the advice. I'm not a pro so my equipment can't do hot water. I have a Karcher K7 pressure washer and telescopic pole (this telescopic pole).
You think better to just try that with cold water? there are things like spider eggs sacks around the windows that are pretty stuck on.
I can get Virosol from a supplier near me for very cheap (virosol) and I have the karcher snow foamer which goes on the telescopic lance.
You are cleaning windows and fascias not doing a carwash, the soffits are vented and you'll get water ingress into the soffits messing on with a pwThanks for the advice. I'm not a pro so my equipment can't do hot water. I have a Karcher K7 pressure washer and telescopic pole (this telescopic pole).
