What do people think of brodex

WCF

Help Support WCF:

Can I just add.

There is nothing wrong with Brodex systems, myself and others I know buy second hand brodex systems and get a lot o use from them. We do however know how to maintain them and are not reliant on their customer support.

At the end of the day all any system is is a few basic components.

Power - Battery

Filtration - RO / DI

Supply / Storage - Water tank & water

Control - Pump & Controller

Delivery - Hose reel / Pole / Brush

In raw essence there is very little to a WFP system.

Spruce .By the sounds of your experience with Brodex they don't deserve to be trading , it's no wonder they are in & out of administration !

I personally have never used them , and I agree Gardiners can't be beat on service .

I will let you know when my mates system fails LOL , and then I can get the ( well I did warn you) one in !

All the best .

I agree to a point with @Green Pro Clean Ltd when he says there is nothing wrong their systems. They are solid and sturdily built. Its the way they deal with their customers and those little 'tricks' to get replacement part sales quicker.

There was a supplier who noticed that some of the di vessels from Brodex didn't have a seal o ring in the head sealing the riser tube. This means that the resin wasn't being completely used up and the tds would rise sooner.

End result is that they would sell more resin.

@doug atkinson has reported that the 250liter system experience pump failures because of where they are mounted and they get knocked.

So they aren't all designed well.

Give them there due as they are probably the first company to make a system where everything has its place in the system including a nice place to store a di vessel. However, if you don't have a di vessel on board, its a waste of space.

They have sent me numerous texts over the years with special offers. I delete each one. I even had a phone call once asking why I didn't buy anything from them.

I told them that Gardiners was my first supplier choice.

I haven't had a text for some time now.
