I don't do very much pressure washing, just the odd bit now and again so I am trying to double check this type is OK to pressure wash then hypo? It's only a small area about 25sqm for an existing customer.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Looks like Indian sandstone hypo it and pressure wash be careful with a turbo though as it can blow shale off the surface. It will come up like new
Cheers, I thought it was Indian Sandstone but wasn't sure. Mortar is shot so I shall advise customer and be careful :) .

Definitely natural stone as none of the slabs look the same. Repointing is a really simple job, well worth offering as an extra you know.

Absolutely. And mention it before you wash it as it’ll both excuse the fact that half of it’ll get blown out and sew the seed for the repair work. I always say something along the lines that the stone will look like new but the downside is you may feel you want to get it repointed. You sound like you know what you’re talking about AND they won’t feel you’re at fault for blasting their pointing to kingdom come. 👍
