Green, what the hell is a 20 day month? No Paul my pockets are not heavy but the wife hires to world champion power lifters to carry her purse!
500 breaks down over a 20 day month to just 25 a day, I am all WFP these days, the ladder is only there for nostalgia.
I have loads in batches, some days I only move the van 4 or 5 times. I start at 8 and usually out by 2pm, repetition and planning are the key mate.
A quick bite and then perhaps a guttering job or a builders clean if I am feeling game.
Bloody hell, how much did u charge for the houses u did on that road then dave?http://m.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/property/london/the-bishops-avenue/?include_retirement_homes=true&q=The Bishops Avenue, London N2&new_homes=include&include_shared_ownership=true&radius=0&include_sold=false&pn=2Used to be a good money round..especially round the hendon way area and posh part of wembley but i have a steadier income just doing average houses nowadays
Yeah, i think when it comes to 9 and uve already cleaned 3 houses (or 7 if ur wfp) you feel quite up for it. Yeah, i think im going to start 8 from now on.I was out at 8.30 today which i almost never do..makes a difference don't it Paul?..leafletting at 9 tomorrow for a couple hours then mate and his missus who came to spain with us are coming round for beer and my famous jerk pork and rice n peas and a bbq
My uncle is rich (multi millionaire ) but work bloody hard in the building game to get where he isa place where a millionaire isnt rich enough to live eh, im lost for words, i bet they really are bad customers, the best rich people out there are the ones who win it, easy come easy go types![]()
Hampstead is a big money area PaulBloody hell, how much did u charge for the houses u did on that road then dave?![]()
Bournemouth?Yeah, totally mad eh, if i had that much money to sp nd on a house it wouldnt be anywhere in london, it would be in a tropical paradise, but thats just me![]()
Used to start at 7:30 am, no probs, you just get to know the houses where here up and about..Green, what the hell is a 20 day month?
Do you clean your customers every 20 days then?
8 start i think i like, i have a psychological block that i cant start until 9. But i started at 8:20 this morning for a couple reasons, and i loved it, i got stuck right in and did better than usual. I might start asking the first few i clean if an early start is ok.
I filed a small claims with a customer for £12, imagine what I would do to some bloke that has a £10 mil flat that don't want to pay the bill.Check out houses in the bishops avenue n2Just had a look but can't find any i used to do for sale but just saw a 9 bed house for 24 mill and a 4 bed flat for 10 mill
Why are they always the tight ones who don't want to pay
Thats what im thinking, so get used to those that dont mind an early clean.Used to start at 7:30 am, no probs, you just get to know the houses where here up and about..
You just blew my mind there, ive often thought thatthe 28 four weekly routeen is a little too often as u end up coming twice a month at least once a year, so u literally clean them 12 times a year?No Paul, not every 20 days, there is a guaranteed 4 working weeks to every month, 5 days per working week, that's 20 days.
I work all my customers on a calendar month, no 4 weekly or six weekly business here.
I clean Mrs Smith on the 1st Monday in every month, Mrs Brown on the 2nd Thursday in every month and Rev Jones on the 3rd Tuesday in the month. See? So they all know exactly which day each month they are due.
The beauty of the system is some months are 5 week months so every once in a while you get a real long week off without losing any business, or use it to stack up some gutters or connies etc.
