Hello,
I have decided to sell my window cleaning business (gutter cleaning, conservatory cleaning, fascia and soffits cleaning, solar panel cleaning, roof moss cleaning). Perfect opportunity to start your own business with all necessary equipment and all the facilities needed to run a business.
I bought a van (Ford Transit Custom reg plates ’16) in January last year and fitted a brand new GrippaMAX 500 Litres RO/DI PRO System.
Everything well maintained.
I wasn’t planning to sell this van/business, so all equipment is from the top shelf.
My priority was a good reputation and high-quality service, so I collected 48 five-star reviews on Google Maps.
I have invoices for all equipment and upgrades to the van and business.
Price includes:
Fully equipment van (2 operator system, 2 Gardiner poles (22 ft SLX – never used, and 35 ft Xtreme -super light!), waterproof floor liner, backpack system to spray cleaning products onto gutters, fascia, soffits, conservatory roof and all kind of UPVC elements or treatment onto the roof to prevent moss from grown back etc, SkyVac to hoovering gutters with a camera and monitor, Skyscrapper to scrapping moss from the roof, ladder, portable hose reel with 100 m hose, brushes, goosenecks for standard window cleaning and solar panel cleaning, cleaning products, resin to refill filter, spare parts etc.
Van has a reverse camera, new tyres and company signs. Never had any problem with this van. Current mileage: 96000.
On top of that, I’m adding a website, phone number, company logo (also animation to do advertising video), leaflets, proper embroidered company branded clothing and small round but all very good customers approx. 20 services per month (£9k per year just from regular window cleaning services).
Hugh potential to grow and multiply current income.

I spent so much money and effort to bring this business to the point where is now, but due to a life-changing decision and moving out from the UK, there is no option to continue this journey. I'm looking for someone who will take care of that business, especially customers as they are really lovely people and I'm pleased that can cooperate with them.
