Traditional window cleaning round for sale. Some of the work been done for 20+ years mixed with 6 years work on top. This window cleaning round is a little different to most. The work Is very compact you don't need to drive. Plenty of work next door to each other with a lot of ares for quick hit pockets of work. I set it up with an extremely good family based out look. I paid £8000 for £400 a month worth of work. I did this as I seen an opportunity to build something up for my future. The time has come for me to move on now. My work is mixed between 2-3 week cleans and 3-4 weeks cleans.


Payment is a mix of bank transfer and cash.


The area covers Walshaw, Ainsworth road, Bolton road, Tottington road in Bury.


I will do some number crunching as the round has doubled the last 6 months. Last money takings information was around £4000 per 4 weeks.


I have enough work to sell as a whole (discounted pice) or I would sell smaller rounds also.

its along story but a good one. In a nut sell I over paid for a little something to build into something worth that initial investment. I had nothing I was just a day rate guy. I had to over pay for work so I could build up into a real business. ive cleaned for 20years off and on but been full time solo for 6 years. hope that this helps with your confusion. kind regards leroy.

Hi @leroy1986 . I don't know much about selling rounds, but from information on the facebook groups the going rate for established work seems to be between about 3 X and 5 X what the round earns. If you don't have any luck on here it's worth checking on the facebook groups as quite often people have work listed on them. Good luck with it mate
