I have been using George for many years and this is the reason why...
I keep the printed pages for at least 16 weeks just in case of IT falures of any kind. Although I do backups to a pendrive, I know that in the worst case scenario I can refer back to my paperwork for customer details. With IT, it's not worth the risk of losing 300 customers - my memory is just not that good...
