Approaching the subject from this point of view you mention in your post would mean you build your business on the quirks of your customers. You don’t have to and shouldn’t be doing this.

If someone spends several thousands pounds over their first 3 years equipping and running their business, then go on to spend another £34.95 on a book to help them equip/provide their business with the numbers they want to achieve the profit they want is a lot less outlay in comparison, for such an important part of the business.
