I seen guys doing this to a sheltered home for elderly people the other day. Funny thing was they had a cherry picker at the job, but the guy had obviously went sod it this is taking too long, and climbed out and walked along the roof. He may have been hooked on to it with a lanyard I couldn't tell, but though it was funny all the same.
