You won't get anything decent NEW for that money mate. You can get one of those cheap chinese 8lpm things that will work very slowly. I bought one last year and it shook itself to bits within a few months.
Look for second hand but even then fir something half decent at least 15 lpm you'll need to spend at least double

Have a look for a Honda engined petrol machine on ebay. The gx390 13hp @ 15 lpm would be about the minimum spec of you are going to be taking it seriously.
You could get away with a 12 lpm smaller engined machine with good use of hypo but it's going to be a lot slower.
