Dead end stop on new pump

Hi guys, I've just started testing my new system and the pump controller is showing DE whenever I set it at anything less than 99 psi.

To get it running at all I needed to manually suck water through from the tank to the hose, and I've run it at 99 for a good few minutes to try and get it fully primed, but as soon as I turn the pressure down a wee bit, it just goes back to dead end. Any ideas? Thanks [emoji16]

Sounds like you need to calibrate your controller. Should be in your instruction manual if it’s new although I think it’s been covered on here before
